We recently completed a full roof replacement for a homeowner in Seattle's 98115 neighborhood — and this one had a few extra layers of care built in. After a thorough inspection, we replaced 5 sheets of OSB before laying anything new. From there, it was a complete tear-off and fresh start: 30 lb. felt underlayment, new lead pipe flashing, W-valley and roof-to-wall metal flashing, and 10 RVO38 ridge vents plus 2 new bath vents to ensure the home breathes properly for years to come.
