This home received Owens Corning Duration architectural shingles in Sierra Gray, a clean, neutral color that fits well with the surrounding homes and holds up well in the Texas sun. Full tear-off, deck inspection, and installation of synthetic underlayment, starter shingles, and proper ridge ventilation. Flashings were addressed as needed to ensure long-term performance, not just appearance. Sierra Gray continues to be a solid choice in this area. It works across a wide range of exterior colors and avoids the extremes of very light or very dark shingles. We appreciate the continued trust from past customers.
