We completed another roof coating job in the Catalina Foothills area near River Road and Hacienda Del Sol this week. The previous roof coating was over five years old and was aged and thin. On this roof we pressure washed and fully dried the surface, reinforced every scupper, seam, and penetration with three-course application before the coating went down. We applied two full coats of TRC-7000, rolling in a criss-cross pattern at a rate of 100sqft per gallon per coat. We didn't skimp on materials.
